Ron Paul has been doing this for a long time. He has a lot of supporters and some of these established candidates are either one trick ponies or have narrow support for other reasons (or both, like Giuliani).

By now it is no longer secret but a widely available plan especially when it is on a big forum like DP :)

I'm glad he's got plans for all that money! People need to hear what he's saying. And the only way they'll hear it is if he pays for the ads. The MSM is only going to report on him if they can find something to try and smear his name with (like the newsletters.)

One thing I've learned through business and marketing. There is no better way of marketing than word of mouth. And who has the best word of mouth marketing? Ron Paul!!!

I don't think there was any secret plan. The defeat at NH has demoralized everyone. Everyone was expecting so much. So much hard work, so many online and offline campaigns, grass-roots work, everything went to waste. Just cross your fingers for SC and Nevada. But I don't think Americans are ready for a revolution yet. :(

You mean our media isnt ready for the revolution yet right;). It seems to me like all the media wants to try to do is redicule RP instead of confronting his statements on the merits of his facts.

They ridicule Ron Paul as they have a lot to loose if he wins. We the people need to lock horns with the MSM and beat them at their own game. They can control what they air on the airwaves but know the internet.

The big problem is too many people believe the BS they see on TV. We need to get to a time where there are enough people who challenge the things they see/hear on the MSM. Where enough people are seeking the actual information online instead of the information filtered through the bias of big media. I don't think we're there yet but I think this campaign could be a big part of us getting there. So win or not, it's very important to try.

We're a long way off still.

I think the average American watches something like 30 hours of TV per week!

Holy cow - that's like 4 hours a day! I get in trouble if I do 2 hours in a week!

A few years from now they will be saying stuff like - The average American spends 30 hours a week in forums!

--- woops, did you just get burned??
