From what I have read so far

    1. Inappropriate content
    2. Proxy
    3. Clicking own ads
    4. Just because they decided your sites are not suitable

Anyway, only venue is to appeal, if not forget about them and look elsewhere.

I dont think its anything to do with CTR being high. Its all to do with how legitimate that CTR was and now a day if your site is garbage, advertisers complain about you and google just kicks you out.

It has nothing to do with a high CTR. It has to do with how you're getting the clicks you're getting. Do you promote or encourage your visitors to click ads? Do you invite your friends to click your ads? Do you click your own ads? Is your site built specifically to promote ads? Do you violate other Google Adsense TOS conditions? Google usually has a pretty good reason to ban a site. I have a feeling you are not telling the whole story.

As publishers you definitely try your best to improve content or whatsoever to increase the CTR, so I agree with stackman and the rest. Should we ask for the truth, all the truth and nothing but the truth? :)

I already mentioned before it was probably due to your arbitrage. New thread wasn't really necessary.

Google only cares if your clicks are legit and the advertisers are happy. It's a win win situation. When people say that they got banned for high CTR it means they were trying to beat the system. If you work with it and do everything by the book and I mean everything (try reading there terms of service) you will prosper.

An advertiser wants targeted visitors that buy stuff
You provide them with those customers
    Win Win

The real trick is to find what your advertisers are promoting! (some food for thought for all you serious webmasters out there).

Yeah you know what you've done: which is it?

    1. Fake Clicks
    2. Getting people to click in some way
    3. Bad site that gets complaints

    I guess 2

    what's the url?

That's pretty high - considering you just operating for 4 months. No wonder adsense becoming suspicious of you..

    I dont agree to that
One can reach any amount, what if someone just dont add adsense to a very popular website and suddenly adds the code one day, u mean to say if the earning are in that range then adsense bans you, no that is not right

The ban will have some valid reason

Were you using some PPC campaigns to get traffic

looks like google decided to cut you lose. and if they didn;t give you a reason why, then that could be your site not suitable for adsense ads anymore where its not generating good quality traffics. if you have a site that has been smartpriced for a long time, have visitors that don;t convert, then thats a site that posess financial risks to adwords advertisers. i think thats what google did here
