    Hello

I am looking for a php company/group/individual etc to whom i can give the following project to.

Please see the doc file for more information

    www.creationzunlimited.com/Script.doc

Basically what the client is looking for is develop a site like asianrhythm.com and mp3.com where people can listen sample tracks for 10 secs and then buy complete tracks or complete albums.

    Some history
I had given this project to one php company
they did some work of which we have none of but there was some problem or the other.
half payment was made before commencing the project.
and now the company person is saying that the company has shut down.
the situation now is the coder is not replying to my emails or IMs.....
suffice to say i am not in a good mood....

i am looking for someone to complete this project as cheaply as possible.
cheaply only because we lost some money to the first guy.....

so please email me quotes to

i want to get this done as soon as possible.....

another thing is no payment will be made till i see the project completed
i cant risk losing money again
you can host the work at your space to show the client
    that is not a problem....

I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing...
not someone who will start the work and then give up half way
    so no time wasters please

if someone good in php looking to make a name for themselves will be considered....
    but conditions will apply...

    Please email me at
    NO pms please.....

Looking forward to hear from you guys

Um, just dispute with your credit card company or paypal if you used paypal. The CC company always wins.

But most reputable programmers will not do a project like this without a monetary show of faith. We code, you get hit by a bus 7 days into the project and the programmer is out of one week labor. Sorry, but we coders get ripped off too. Being hoted on my server not to appealing. You take up space on my server and I do all that labor for nothing if you disappear.

Coders are like Gas Stations, "pay before you pump".

    one word : escrow
If the project's that much money, why risk it either way? Pay the fee and get it done && get to work.

Escrow is good, but I have been ripped there as well. Loopholes.

DP should hop into the escrow world.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I was waiting for a reasonable DP'er to be the bearer of news. Also that saying of "well you can sell it if I don't pay doesn't go too well either" 99% of the time other people don't want what you were building

If I was looking to work cheap I could go to McDonalds for a job. Last piece of advice, maybe you should consider breaking the project down into smaller steps. Could be a win/win/win for you/your client/the coder.
