I have a budget of $1000 to SEO my new ecommerce site, can anyone help me with strategy to use it wisely and get most out of it. I am competing in a very mature niche with a strong competition.
Well the site is with a designer and i should have it by the end of the week i should be up and running with all the products before the end of the month. everything is setup but i am missing the main ingredient that is strategy to optimize and bring free traffic. I have been reading a lot of material but cannot find a right mix. I will be selling vitamins and nutrition.
For "a very mature niche with a strong competition" your budget seems to be rather low. I would suggest to post in the "Services" section and I'm sure there will be some guys willing to help you out.
eseller, $1000 budget is fine to start out with. Nothing happens over night, its not about how much you spend...but how you spend it. I have websites ranking #1 in very competitive niches without spending a dollar on SEO, its all about knowing the tricks. Since your site is new, you need to stick with the basics and not get too ahead of yourself. Make sure your website is highly optimized for the search engines, make sure you have your main keywords in your page title, meta tags, and make sure you have good keyword density. Make sure your website contains high quality unique content. Be sure to submit an XML sitemap to google. These are just a few of the things you should start off with. If you're interested in an appraisal by me you can send me details and what you are trying to achieve, I have a e commerce package listed here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=64258 but since you already have someone doing your website, you still might be interested in some of my SEO services. Goodluck.
Brinked, So you are saying that i should only focus on optimizing the pages for now. Eg internal link, keywords and stuff. So the only form of traffic that i can get would be from PPC advertising. so in turn i need a higher ppc budget. Any other way i can generate traffic. I just want to break even in 2 months time.
So you think it is more beneficial to pay more for SEO, what do you think should i buy keyword domains and create niche sites with seo or forward the keyword domain to my main site pages with seo.
Hi Please see your PM for a complete approach, which would help you to strategize your SEO activity. thank you
I think a person with a site (example:topSeoUk.com) should rank in top 10 for search term; search engine optimization, other wise how can they do it for someone else if they can't even do it for themselves.Submitexpress.com is the co. I would go with.
Well for 1000$ you will get lot of SEO stuff for your website. You will buy any good seo service that give you guarantee to get top position on google search. Lots of seo experts providing SEO service on Service thread
i can help u on seo i am pro seo ... u can send me u r site details we will do what u went in seo ....
HOw much should i expect to pay i have around 600 products that needs SEO, i am thinking of fixing html, headings, meta tags and extra first before submitting to the search engine. And once submitted do the link building and product description SEO. What do you think.....
Better to invest partial amount on advertising campaign this will keep your ball rolling and the most important we can’t expect overnight magic in SERP though your budget is $100000. For SEO I will suggest you to write article on every product you have and submit to major 100 article directories this will bring traffic and Increase your SEPR. This method works near to perfect for big inventory.
Just to clear i don't have 100000 but merely $1000 budget to start off and then couple of 100 every month. Regarding the articles, should it be a review or an explanation. And if i submit to multiple article directories wont that count as a duplicate content and loose credibility?
