    Start with social networking.
Also you need to add much more content to your site, nobody like to see a blank site.

social networking are where people submit sites, or posts or articles they like (often their own) - to share with other users- stumleupon and digg are probably the best known, but do a 'search' on DP and you'll find that lists of such sites have been compiled.
However - don't even think of submitting your site until you've got a lot more content.

You might want to also try free advertising sites. I've had a surprising number of hits by posting a single advertisment. People often go to your site look around and if they want to know more they contact you.

Don't start promoting anything. You have only one article there. You need more to attract visitors and authors, especially that your site looks nothing different from the hundreds of article directories online. Don't waste your time promoting now, there is nothing to promote. You should focus on adding content (you can use PLR articles or free ones already available just to fill out the site), and you would be much better off in the long run if you make some effort to brand the site and make it stand out from the hundreds of similar directories.

    Good luck buddy.

yes! i agree with that.. you can use free royalty article from timespr newswire or article dashboard to your directory.

remember to keep source and respect author information.. that enough and slowly write your own article

Invest money in advertisment or SEO or both

I would seriously suggest that you first redesign your web site. It does not look professional enough. Also you need to add a substantial amount of content as well. There are so many article directories with Ezine Articles being the most popular. Personally, I think that you may need to come up with a more unique idea. Your business model is unlikely to succeed. Look for a niche market and write an ebook. You only need a two page web site to be successful - the squeeze page and sales page.

Promote in ptc & ptr sites, where you get regular target customers for low prices.

That isnt targeted traffic and worth nothing for sites like that. Peoples visit on the site only because they get paid to doing so.
