From what I read on moneybookers dot com, there are no charge-backs, good for sellers in prevention for not-so-good buyers.

I still want to know how to cancel MB's account.

MoneyBookers is cool. They let you send and recieve money, withdraw with a fee. But I dont know is there any Pay Per Click or Pay Per Impression ads system wich runs with moneybookers...is there any ?

90% of my income is earned online doing freelance work so an efficient online payment system is pretty important to me. I wasn't happy when a couple of times PayPal either lost my money (eventually found) or raised issues that were unnecessary. So I wanted a better service without these hiccups and turned to Moneybookers which had some good online reviews. It was a disaster! Moneybookers manage to make PayPal look positively efficient and easy. For my very first transaction Moneybookers froze both mine and my clients accounts. Although we both sent through required documentation which included address verification, credit card information and ID (first, second and third red flags) it still took over a month for them to unfreeze both our accounts and release the money. Then when they did send the money through they did it as a telegraphic transfer so my bank charged $35 for the receiving the money. That was equal to 10% of the total amount received AFTER Moneybookers took their cut. Sadly PayPal seems to still be the best option from a lot of crappy alternatives. I definitely WOULD NOT USE MONEYBOOKERS, unless you enjoy really bad customer service, conflicting responses, and general disorganisation, oh yeah - and ridiculous fees.
