I used to think oscommerce but now i have a new favourite. its Shop-Script!! www.mestibeli.com this site using a free version. Since my wife only accept payment thru bank deposits, a free version should be enough. But premium version rocks! has a lot features at discounted price.
ooo malaysia... ok dech.. met jaya aja nyunyu btw sitenya mantap... klo mau jualan rapidshare hubungi saya aja. saya agent rapidshare harga murah kualitas resmi
If you want to buy a free one, just try out OS Commerece.if you have some budget, ezpay is a good choice.
Try 1shoppingcart.com you can download it to your desktop and upload to your website via FTP. Pretty simple to use.
Zen cart is great for a stand alone shopping cart or ECJC (OSCommerce) for Joomla works very well. You might want to check into those before making your final decision.
I have used a few but always come back to either CubeCart or Avactis. http://www.cubecart.com/ -- easy to template, lots of custom addons, mods http://www.avactis.com/ -- easy to template and has nice admin section
Also Avactis Shopping Cart provides free copy for web developers here http://www.avactis.com/ads/shopping-cart-camp1.php
FreebieDeals - do you have much experience with the new vesion of 1shoppingcart? I'm trying to customize my order page and the new system doesn't allow scripts. I'm thinking that I need to step away from their templates and go completely custom, but their site really doesn't document how to do this. Any hints or resources you can share? Thanks.
I agree. I've been researching free shopping carts for a couple months now. Magento looks fantastic, but it won't be released until around March of 2008, according to the developers.
I've been doing a lot of research too. (the software will go for my upcoming Lucky Tshirts) business. I like Magento too. It seems pretty nice.
It looks like you decided on OS Commerce (according to your blog at the link you mentioned). I'm curious to know why you picked OS Commerce over Zen Cart or Magento, if you wouldn't mind sharing the key factors that swayed you.
I tried OScommerce and decided that I won't use it for business, It's sad but if I wanna make money from my shop, I need to spend money first, and buy a good professional cart with good support. So I looked at several options and chose Avactis shopping cart, because it's very easy to configure, very stable, and it's just beautiful.
