    Oh . . . my gosh

    Whatever next.

Have we reached the stage when it is wrong to PM members in the forum.

If PM is so bad . . . why not remove the facility from the forum.

Well Im 100 % that there is an option on vB which lets you add a minimum post count for Private Messages.

Someone with More than 50 posts must be able to send PM's only !!!

Yes I'm certain there is, 50 might be a little harsh though maybe 25-30.

    My name is Rob Bankston

I have a website that sells an Ebook (I wrote it, it's 90 pages, about making money using the free ads found on CL), and my book has received many excellent reviews from online marketings top professionals (not no-name clowns, but actual marketing guys that publish books that are sold in Borders, and have 15 year old websites that have lists of over 100,000 subscribers)...

I am an honest guy, looking to build sales through affiliate programs. I don't know too much about how affiliates drive traffic, but my site is equiped with a secure log in area for affiliates that tracks their sales and calculates their commisions. I offer second teir commissions for affiliates who bring other affiliates to my program, and am very generous in genral.

I am interested in working with anyone who can generate huge sales:)

My site is well built, and can convert like crazy! Anyone interested, or who knows where I can find affiliates (or with any info) please contact me.

    thanks

...by eliminating the use of PM's to pass information about a program or some campaign, etc. It kind of defeats the purpose of being on a forum in the first place by not sharing information. How retarded can you get?

I imagine at some point a private conversation would be warranted. At that point email would be the primary and natural course of action. Initially it would be displaying a professional consideration to open a discussion for everyone about some particular topic or "program." It does appear shady and as if someone had something to hide.

To those who oppose using PM to communicate in a forum, what is the primary reason for sending a PM then? The saying "keep it real" comes to mind...
