Since bill gates is retiring in Jun (he will still be the chairman but i think just retiring from active duty), you think that will put some impact on the MS share? it is very possible that there would be a temporary flactuation. if the share flactuates, then so will adwords and adsense revenue. any opinion?
Bill will make everything ready before he quits his duty. Hence there should not be any problem for MS after his exit
Why? Bill Gates doesn't work for Google. Do you think that all Adwords purchases are made by Microsoft stockholders spending their dividends?
Thats what you call a non sequitor. MSFT fluctuating could cause GOOG to move but the GOOG share has no effect on adsense/adwords.
I guess there will be no negative effect on Google's shares. But this share market thing is totally unpredictable..
It would be great if Bill would start a microsoft pay per click advertisement programme, so google doesn't have complet monopoly over it. However, you can make a lot of enemies with this kind of business, considering the fuzzy bans. So I don't think Bill would consider the enemies worth the profits.
well, i wasn't thinking of any direct relation, but Gates is a big figure in tech world and his retirement might put an impact on share market overall. which in turn can reflect on everything else
correct i had to take the 7th poster to find this out MS is no way related to adsense or google until and unless google decides to buy them out before June
