not to mention all the interest coaches and scouting people are getting from around the league. < SB = bust IMO...next year contains no guarantees they will be as good.

NE losing < = SB would make a lot of NFL'ers give a big "in your face" that's for sure!!

who are you rooting for this weekend??? I'm wanting Sea & TB for sure just so my wavering Boys don't have to face a division rival for a 3rd time!

AFC? does it really matter who NE plows through??

I was pissed about the Bucs.. Thought they looked great as well at first.. But hey, the Giants stand a better chance of beating the cheaters, ie., Pats...

It's gonna be an interesting couple of days next weekend!!!

that's true, I wish I could have seen the NYG/NE game!

I like GB easily over seachickens, NYG over Dal if for no other reason that Roy Willimas will be responsible for giving up 2 TD's one in coverage and one with a piss poor angle leading to a big run by Punk (never shuts his yapper) Jacobs.

I think Dal can take NYG only if TO is ready to go AND he gets involved early & often!!

After seeing the Giants play NE.. I think they stand a great chance of beating Dallas.. That happens, things are looking good... I hope GB takes Seattle..

What I am really hoping for is a rematch.. ie, NE vs. GB... ie., "Superbowl" 31!!!

no question, the great thing that NYG has going for them against Dal is that they can keep pace if it becomes a shootout AND it's VERY difficult beating an opponent 3 times in a season, only happens 21% of the time.

Plus, they played good games even though they lost both this year against Dal.

that would be kinda cool, seeing Brady & Favre lock horns.

can GB cover the Moss/Welker/Stallworth combo though???

It would be the ultimate insult to have NE make it all the way only to meet the Pack again and then lose!!!

And Dallas, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, San Diego, NY Giants and Washington - all play off teams if memory serves. Come on.

Again Tim they didn't pick their division ;). Now as for last week all the teams I expected to win, won. Elie was great, Seattle stepped it up in the fourth after losing it in the third, Mike Tomlin made stupid calls against the Jags, and the Chargers beat a sucky Tenesse team.

This week is going to be interesting. A lot of people are predicting the historical upset of the Jags over the Pats, but too bad it's not gonne happen. Yes, the run game of the Jags will run all over the Pats D, but the Pats offense is yet again going to win them the game. After running the ball when the Jags realize they need to start passing, that's when they will lose the game. Jags QB David Garrard is a great player but he lacks experience, he will have to start passing to keep up with the Pats and will make mistakes costing his team the loss. I dont think the Cowboys will lose either, after last year's blunder against Seattle Tony Romo will come out strong and ready to lead his team to the win. The Chargers are gonna lose for sure to the Colts, after that win against the Titans they were cheering like they just went to the Super Bowl . The Green Bay Seattle match up is going to be a good one, though Green Bay will win its going to be a shootout coming down to the wire.

Let us not forget the Packers beat every Playoff Team going unbeaten from the previous season well into the next.. If anyone has a shot at beating the Patriots, it's the Packers..

A New England, Green Bay Superbowl would be a great matchup! Both offensively strong, pass first minded teams going head to head. Brett Favre being in his third Super Bowl at age 38, while Tom Brady trying to be the first quarterback in 42 years to win a SuperBowl after leading the league in passing yards!

nice stat! I did not know that. Somehow I think he'd be able to pull it off.

I think it will be quite entertaining regardless who meets them. Some years (Steelers XL) the game is just so BLAHHHH...I don't think that'll be the case this year~!!
