Come to Peru! We have the best food in the world, the nicest people. If you are very "white" you'll get job easily... since companies love what we here call "gringos" (white skin mans).
Ashley my dad is in Baton Rouge. The people up here are a lot nicer then any back down south that I met but then I was in the DFW metroplex to and that is full of undesired people. I may have to move to Peru then because I am white and because of that I can't get a damn job in this country.
Hang out in SF and it should change your mind really quick. Yes, some nice people but overall the rich are snobby and the poor are mean. Violence on both ends, maybe not as much gun violence per capita, but violent non-the-less. Not a safe place to walk day or night. If the 60's are warm then yes, SF would be warm to you. Have you ever lived in fog? You will need your paycheck from your main job to pay rent. The second for food.....
Where are your right now? There are some resources which provide you citizenship by investment . Go for that.
