How you come to know these are high paying keywords? Any tool?? or what? I know few tools including google adwords tool, but its it hardly help.
"insurance" is a good high-paying keyword. But the reason it is high-paying is because there are so many sites about "insurance" that it requires high ranking ads to get any traffic. So, if you build a site about "insurance" you'll be competing with the same sites who pay for your ads. So how do you plan to get your traffic so that searchers will find your site before they find the competing sites? Yes, there are high-paying keywords, but it's much harder to get traffic to a site based on those keywords. Nothing is easy or free. It is sometimes better to go for lower-paying keywords and not have to fight so hard for traffic. Getting 1000 clicks on an ads that pays $0.10 is better than getting 10 clicks on an ad that pays $5.00.
