I think revenue sharing system in forums is illegal you can read this in adsense TOS here you will find under Site and Ad Behavior section this : (( Any AdSense code must be pasted directly into webpages without modification )) This is indirect not direct I know that DP use it but DP I think it is trusted site for adsense I want to make sure that it is legal for us "small publishers"

I searched for it in official adsense resources but i didn't find answer so i want to discuss it here to make sure of that
DP is not modifying the AdSense code, it's basicaly pouting your AdSense code on the forum with a 50% (I think) chance of it being displayed.

if it was illegal, then a forum like DP would not use it. its a common practice in forums community where lot of other forums do it.
By code modification, they meant any change to the code like for example making the ad open in a new window. Nothing of that happens with revenue sharing
