WTB: Zero Maintenance Website - with low revenue

I'm after a site that is zero maintenance and generates revenue. Looking at about $1 to $2 a day on Google Adsense. Any niche, but no adult/turnkey/proxy/gambling/forums.

Would you be interested in celebrity sites with organic traffic and rankings ? Zero maintenance ? Earning close to $50 per month ? If yes, what kind of multiplier are you looking to pay ?

 

A celebrity site might be ok, depending on the site itself. Organic traffic is ideal, any rankings are ideal, zero maintenance is essential. $50 a month is about what I am looking at.

For an average site with consistent traffic, I'd pay 10x monthly. I might consider up to 20x monthly but that would be for a high quality domain and top 5 rankings.

Are you limited to sites earning only 1 or 2$ ? or you may take interest for site earning 20-30/day with 70% of organic traffic?

I'm interested in smaller sites (so a max of $3 a day), not larger ones due to time constraints.

Are you interested in websites that are databases? .... Or how about auto-running content websites? If auto-running content websites or a high paying niche network is what you are looking for let me know. I have a network that is just starting to get indexed (19 websites) and it did $6.00 yesterday off 190 impressions...

 

No, I'm not interested in any kind of scraper site. I'm after sites that have static content mainly, or offer some kind of tool.

Well that one website I was telling you about is not exactly duplicate content(although that is part of it)

It also has a US wide directory covering all of the states and towns. I got a website doing $1.00 a day right now, but it is 40 unique content pages half directory..

I have two different sites here I'm talking about..

1 site 50 pages of unique content + city wide directory across the US

1 site no unique content 2 pages per city geo-targeted for the United States. <---- (this is a tool)

The potential adsense problem is an issue, and I'm not a great fan of video sites. But thanks for the thought.
