    Don't take this the wrong way but please try and read and re-read before posting people.

    I said
    'If you want to see an appraisal of a similar domain see here'

    which was to answer the post why is it so special and valuable, I posted to the DN thread of a similar domain name which may help people understand the appraisal of such an LLLL and hence and my asking price for this domain, thanks.

    I'm not sure if this is worth $8k, but I'm sure it's a chance that you'll get a lot of money for it.
    In fact I suggest you keep it another year and earn 3 times that... ;)

    You realize that the buying crowd here is like buying at walmart. Everyone wants a cheap deal here.

    Get to places like DNF and NP, mingle with that crowd. They'll offer you the best way to get your stuff sold.
