Can I 301 Re-direct a Blogspot Blog?

    I have a PR6 blogspot blog with over 3000 (showing links according to Google toolbar) links in Google and over 100,000 natural links in Yahoo.

    I want to move that Blogspot blog to a new domain but don't want to lose the rankings or backlinks that it has accumulated.

    Is there a way that I can do this?
