what would you do?

lets say you had 20,000 visitors comming from youtube/myspace/facebook/craigslist to your blog. Not really targeted traffic besides the youtube traffic. Would you place content on the blog that is generally known to have high paying keywords or would you place content that would be more likely to get a high CTR (ie. content that is similar to the stuff being posted to attract these visitors)?

Any idea or should I just play around with it and see what works best?

yea but what If I change the entire blog niche? Delete all old content and place high paying content. For example change from gaming blog to lawyer blog. I haven't done any seo for the blog and the traffic comes mostly from links.

Don't do that... If your blog is about gaming then stick to that for two very good reasons. The traffic sources you mentioned are probably more interested in games than layers and you as a webmaster probably prefer to write about games than legal issues. Trust me when I say this, creating a site about things you are not passionate about normally ends up being a complete failure.
