It can be done in 10mn using the appropriate softwares. Plus, it is basically useless...

Can you please tell me about the various softwares that can do such a thing of submission? I am looking for it. Actually there is no harm in submission to 100 other SE's as that will just increase the sites' popularity on other search engines thereby driving traffic.

i think google is good i have submitted to 200 search engines and no reply

 

You can download the free version of webceo and use it to submit to 100+ search engines. There are many other SEO softwares that offer this function. But make sure not to use your main email address to do the submission as it will be heavily spammed.

Yea its a waste of time there are only 4 ones that people actually use and thats Google, msn, ask, and yahoo So theres no point

There is no need to submit too much free directories.
It may be spam.

 

there are many automatic submitters which will submit your site to these Search Engines and also you have posted in wrong category .. it should be under Buy Sell Section..

 

I Know many softwares that can automatically submit to thousands of search engines !! But still whats the point in it as the major search traffic comes from Google and Yahoo

I don't think it is useful for just a spam. and i never use those software.

 

I prefer manually submissions.
