That's right. If you currently reside outside of North America, Latin America, and Japan, then Adsense referrals is currently no longer available to you.

If you reside within these areas, then your payments will now be reduced.

Instead of earning $5 for referring someone who makes $5 in 180 days. You earn nothing.
Instead of earning $250 for referring someone who makes $100 in 180 days. You earn $100.
Instead of earning $2000 for referring 25 users. You now earn nothing.

I've written a blog post on the issue if anyones interested.

    Thanks

stop posting old stuff and secondly for god sake, dont put plugs to your own blog for driving traffic. We are more interested in reading the news from google than a unknown blogger trying to tell us his story.

Thanks for the link. I had a quick skim around and I didn't see anything about it.

Spare me. The information was directly posted in the thread, so you weren't required to click the link for more information. Go do something a little more productive with your time. Looks like you have no problem profiting off 'unknown bloggers' since you seem to be selling signature links to them. :)

There's no need to link the original Google post, I just posted the details. Thanks for your opinion, next time PM would be a more ideal method of communication. ;)

Sometimes its better to keep your opinion to yourself.

It's bad news for me, because I never have referrrals since 7 months ago.
