Custom Coded Keyword Tool Site with a Great Domain - Check this out!

Discussion in 'Sites' started by scriptillusion, Jan 8, 2008.

We are selling a BRAND NEW, custom coded keyword tool site that is an absolutely great tool to attract visitors.

    Site: KeywordTool.us

This tool retrieves the monthly search results for any keyword term/phrase you enter into the text area for the major search engines and more. It grabs from Google, Yahoo, Ask, Alexa, Flickr, and even gives you the highest paying keywords from Google Adwords!

Beyond that it also provides the monthly top keywords from Amazon, AOL, Ask, Google, Shopping.com, and Yahoo.

This site is completely unique (there are no others like it out there, ANYWHERE)

I am sure this one is not gonna last. Keep in mind that it is BRAND NEW, so do not expect us to be able to provide any revenue or traffic details, but I can assure you that with this great domain coupled with the uniqueness of this site in time people will be flocking to this site to do their keyword research.

    Starting Bid: $50

The site does not work with foreign characters. It is pretty much English only except for foreign language words that do not use foreign characters (which there are many)

AND we forgot to add the 'if statement' if no results found

    Everything should be fine now!

No BIN has been determined yet, but we will see how things go for a bit with bids and then go from there. We will, however, consider all reasonable offers. I think that is fair. Also moneybookers is not accepted paypal only. If you really need another way, please contact me via PM and we may be able to work something out if he price is right!

    Nice site. A few questions:
    1. Where does the site pull keyword volume from? A live site and then extrapolate?
    2. Assume buyer gets rights to the scripts.
    3. What is the risk of the datasources going away like Mr. overture?
    Thanks.

mrozmanith - thanks for starting it off with the $50 bid

Answers to the questions are as follows:
    1. Keyword volume comes from Google and is live.
    2. What is meant by rights to the script? If you mean rights to use the script on the domain it was sold on, YES. It cannot, however, be used over and over again on multiple domains.
    3. I seriously doubt Google's data source is going to disappear any time soon.

Where are those numbers coming from?? Are they the amount of competetion or the number of searches? I just searched "ohio mortgage" and got 1,750,000. I know this is not a monthly number of searches for all search engines...that number is ridiculous, is it yearly? What are those numbers exactly? I know the number overture had before it went down for this term and it was like 6k/mth just for yahoo.

olaf2 - it is not open source

SHalliday -thanks for the $60 bid

    ShaunG
    - it is the number of searches, but your right I made a mistake in the original post. It is not the monthly search results, but a collected amount of search results that Google has. I am not exactly what the time frame is, but it must be over a fair amount of time.

    dastuff - answered above

threegee - you are correct. answered above!

High bid is now at $60

The reserve has not been met yet on this auction, but I am going to determine a BIN tomorrow.

We would like to get this sold ASAP, so all serious offers will be considered. Send all offers to us via PM for review.

Sorry $82.50 is not enough to get this sold ASAP. The BIN is $500 if anyone wants to get this right away. If you want the $82.50 to be a bid let us know here or PM me so we can confirm it.

spinnyglen - I guess you no longer want it as discussed in our PM's so this will go back on the market with a reduced price of $250 BIN

$250 for a quick sale. Otherwise, Shalliday remains the high bidder at $60.
