Debunked, some people like to propagate a lot of crap about my candidate, and don't like to focus on policies and issues. If you have any serious questions, I'll try to explain his stances as best I can. I can't say you'll be supportive of them, but I'll explain his reasoning as best as possible. Grim, reread my post it may have kept you from pulling the ALL card when I already said something about the ALL card. I also like discussions with you, since usually I feel I can get somewhere, but on other threads about RP I believe you slammed me along with guerrilla. One time I posted something towards a person and made an ALL statement which really wasn't intentional. My biggest problem with RP is the fringe groups that support him along with many I see on this forum who are extremists from other countries. You see, from history during my life I have seen that most of the time those extremists that support a person, support him because he backs up some part of their view. Also, without anyone being able to show me where RP has not played apart of white supremacists, I am apt to believe he is one. I am open to hear and read (preferably not on a RP forum) about these things. Some people may discount the RP supporter I know as just one, but it seems that the whole nazi movement and offshoots like the different Identity groups all support him. At least the person I know isn't one who would kill anyone and even treats my black friends or my father-in-law as he does anyone else. But I do know his views mostly to do with Jews, which aligns with the neo-nazi, identity, islamic and other groups. Much who say that the Jews of today are not related to the Jews of the Bible.

I probably have been guilty of that. And if I did, I apologize. Sometimes I get hot and bothered over GTech, Will.Spencer and Mia egging me on, I am apt to carry over to other folks who become collateral damage. I'm always up for a good intellectual debate on issues. I learn way more when I am challenged to explain myself, than just by reading alone.
That you did, it is why I did not say something else. Hey I can admit I can be a genuine asshole at times, if I did and it wasn't warranted I appologize. I understand this, but you have to realise a few things. #1 People from other countries do like RP, not simply just 'extremists' people from Canada like him, people from Germany like him, India, many of our friends and allies like him. No matter what country they are from, they do not vote in our president #2 When you are for freedom of speech, total freedom, liberties, the most simplistic way of putting it is that bad apples do and will benefit from this as well. Many 'extremists' such as the white power groups have even stated they know RP is not one of them, many I have read do not even like him. They support him simply because of a few of his stances. These groups normally do support Republicans, the most conservative republicans possible. Just as they supported George Bush #3 I have not read one thing that shows any policy by RP, one membership of his, nothing to show him being a racist. All I have read is a few quotes from how many hundred articles posted in his newsletters, over how many years that may not even of been made by him. Now on these quotes, for starters times change. What was acceptable to say even 10 years ago would not be acceptable today. I can admit what I read does sound poorly worded, I however myself do not for a minute take them as being racist. Everything I have read about RP, his own articles, his policies, etc show someone who can not be racist as he does not see colors, he is the type of guy who more looks at stats. He does not give a shit about colors, but if a stat says one thing he may say something about it give the stat, but not from a 'hate' or 'racist' motive. I'm not sure if that's the correct way of putting it, like the words quoted were poorly written it's possible mine here are as well. I have for instance read and heard african americans say things far worse than what was quoted, that is not considered 'racist' when they say it, yet someone else attacks the issues it is? Until he is actually proven to be a member of a white supremecist group, has policies putting down races, actually calls for death and destruction, etc a few badly worded quotes that 'might' be his is far from being racist. Many other candidates have had MUCH, much worse on them in the past that slid off of them like it never even happened. It comes down to there is nothing else on him, so attack what little they can find IMHO. Understandable, I'd hope you find it on a fair and balanced 'not fox' source. Some place that is not pro or anti RP. I know many who are die hard Bush supporters who are racist as they come, those same people and groups supported Bush
Hey, I have done similar, so I don't fault you. I agree with those 3 alot more than many others here and I even consider them friends. Yet, I don't have to always agree with them or because we are friends be found guilty by association if you know what I mean. You see last 2 elections I really tried to find out who the neo-nazi groups were voting for since it was always "known" that they voted republican. The more I dug, the more I saw that it wasn't true. Each year a higher percentage of those groups seem to vote democrat because of the stance on Israel mostly, but for some other reasons as well. Those who vote republican still are the ones who are against abortion and what to keep their guns, but those items seem to matter less and less for those groups. I have had a curiousity of these groups since I lived in North Idaho where butler the emo-nazi (good name right?) lived with his gang. I had black friends that were just down the road from his compound which has since lost due to a lawsuit surrounding a murder or beating. Anyways, I never understood this hatred people could have because of skin color and the hatred that seems to surround the world towards Jews. When I was about 18/19 I ran into a couple of neo-nazis at a party (when I use to drink) and asked them tons of questions about their beliefs. I narrowed in on their Bible beliefs. This is were I started learning about how they can say they believe in the Bible and do what they do. Any part they don't like or disagree with was "rewritten by the Jews" which is really funny if you think about who wrote many of the books in the Bible. Sorry got off the subject, but maybe gave you insight to my concerns.
NP As far as who supports who, perhaps it's the type of group. I know many of the white supremacy type groups do always vote republican. Some off shoot who are strictly against Jews however could vote dems. Even with those types of groups there are disagreements I'm sure. If there wasn't they would all be one big group You shouldn't IMO at least, 'it however is your choice' support someone or not support someone just because of what those scum support. Otherwise you are letting them decide who you support and not yourself
