Exactly what I would say. Good advice. Paypal will accept a drivers licence, passport anything that gives just about 100 points of ID.

About the transactions I suggest giving them a call and asking what the best plan of action is.

It's really nothing to worry about because if you withdraw more than $1500 (or $2000?) it gives a red flag to Paypal and you are auto limited. Either that or you are put in a que and Paypal employees inspect the account.

Once you provide this info I think you can do the transfer again without a hassle. Furtherlore you are verified, US and premier meaning you're quite a high priority customer :)

    Good luck.

Jack40k and everyone else who viewed and gave their insights, I really appreciate you all taking time to respond, it really helps! especially when paypal is really quick to take fees out of payments received and extremely slow to resolve user's issues:/

Well, you technically cannot sell something you have not bought so if you buy them you should have a receipt. If you made them, you can give them the receipt from the store you got the supplies from.

If you are selling 2nd hand stuff then just tell them they are old stuff and you are selling them away and you do not have the receipt.
