Hi, I just received email from Paypal about failed transferring to Bank account because of "The account number is valid but does not correspond to the name on the account." and VMI bank account has been removed from my Paypal account. So I have visited VMI website and discovered that they have changed the bank name and something else. The worst thing is I can't find ACH information to update Paypal account and it seems that they no longer support ACH transfer . I sent email to support and awaiting for reply, but I'm so impatient and want to ask whether is anyone experiencing same trouble? Thank you.
I contacted them and this is what they replyed: We, momentarily , do not accept ACH transactions while making the transition to a new bank. Please see updates on our website at; www.virtualmoneyinc.com
I have tried contact them few times, but never got reply. Seems that they don't care about their customers anymore .
They changed the Bank, you can read it on their faqs... Yes, ACH is no longer available, let's see if they will allow ACH in the future!
I am authorized reseller of VM. I can make sure that VM will support ACH again in the future. They are developing new ACH system on new bank base. Please give them time to do. I hope that VM will be more attractive next year. They provided many new features to US customers. It means VM is still good growth. magicfire
So is VMI allowed now? I just got my account limited, and to restore it, they specifically ask to remove my VMI card.. Once they authorize that, they removed it.. When i asked why is the need to remove the VMI card, this is their reply. VMI Won't work anymore I think. I contacted "freedomcardsolutions" and he said it works but when i try to widraw I see that Bank account not found. Regards, Ahmed
yes, Paypal don't accept VMI and their bank account . So you should remove VMI in your paypal account !
Thats crap.. Do anyone know any other cards that can be added as bank accounts and that has the convenience of a VMI card.. i am screwed now, how the hell i am going to take out my Paypal earnings? ;(
the old ACH system is still work good with VMI now. all of our clients use this function as well as before. we get this info from VMI.when their new ACH system out, they will update on their FAQ.
when was the last time you cjecked this.. i checked mine with this 2 days ago, and it got rejected and my account limited
I just checked Vmi site and they posted the new bank ACH details Hope this helps Routing Number: 103102892 Account Number: 8 + the last 9 digits of your card number. Example: If your card number is 6278 9510 1234 5678 Your account number would be 8012345678 Some employers may ask for the name of the bank or financial institution. Financial Institution: Arkansas Valley State Bank.
