If its the sig in your link, its a .co.uk, you cant really advertise that to the US/canada/europe etc I think your best bet would be to get a .com/.net

It is hard to get forums running! I experienced that in the first 2/3 months of my webmaster forum! But once you get things done and keep on posting, peeople will join from all over the world! Just be dedicated and believe in your goal!
It is not difficult but not easy to get a lot of visitors to a forum worldwide. You need a lot of patience , hardwork and promote it to a related forums.

With forums you need people to attract other people. Thus creating the illusion that there is already traffic can help. Make multiple usernames and talk to yourself until you get enough people generating posts and replies on their own.
