HI, Are you sure that "admin" is your cpanel username ? What you have posted is the path where files are stored. (if you are on a cpanel server) it is the format /home/CPANELUSERNAME/public_html/items OR you can use the symlink /home/CPANELUSERNAME/www/items Just change admin to the username you use to access cpanel.

I assumed you were using Cpanel http://www.cpanel.com as your host management software due to the path used. Glad you got it sorted.
