woudl like to open a web design company in us

    hi, i would like to open a web design company, but does not know the legal procedure. Legal as in registering the name, etc. I am located in singaoipore that requires me to be 21+ to start a business.. so is there any way where i can register my business in us?

    Are you an American citizen? I'm pretty sure you can't register a business name without being one.

    You can start business and not be located or register in the usa.

    Why deal with the hassle of taxes and such in the U.S., just have a web design business locally and make it look GREAT. People care about service, not the location of the service. :)

    the law allow us to only have a business at age of 21, i am 19 one.. and i wanted to start now... do not want to wait or waste 2 years

    Does the law consider freelancing a business? That may be an option. :)
