Alright I need a window's VPS that has RDA!!! and I need it for like $18 Bucks now and the rest of the server fee at the end of the month.

I recently made a thread looking for a sponsor, I got one but he closed the dedicated one day later so I am going totry to get a vps.

If you can offer a windows VPS for $18 upfront and the FULL server fee at the end of the month please let me know.
