I will make my sincere apologies about the phising mail. I did not look it over well enough to notice that difference. I do however will not take back my words about the starting post in this thread. If you claim to host everything, and later on in the thread you get confronted with the facts that you just can't host all content you claim, you take the words back. This still makes me convinced of the fact that other customers could still be approached directly. But, once again I will apologize, mainly because of the fact that I am as well very much in favor of the freedom of information and speech.

We do not hold anything against Profit, we just wish that you had the full information before you ran in here and started accusing us of hosting kiddie porn and credit card scam sites. We do nothing of the sort and we do not condone those activities. We do keep an eye on what our users are hosting and if we believe it violates our Terms and Services, we will notify that client that sort of activity is unacceptable and the choice will be given to them to remove the material in question or we will remove it for them. Claiming to host material is a marketing strategy used by plenty of companies world-wide and we have used it as well. We do not mind what our clients host as long as it does not violate common law or our TOS agreement. FYI: We have nothing to do with the Serbian government.

I would like a small hosting account to try it out if possible. If the quality is good, and the data is kept safe. I would like to use it for hosting private conventions. This does seem rather ironic doesnt it? This person bashed us and the services we provide for the last few hours and then at the end asks for an account with us. The least this person could have done was send another email to whoever he decided to report us to and retract the email previously sent. That would be a common courtesy. However, we do not hold ignorance against any one. As we are a legitimate host, we are still willing to work with this individual. Past posts will not be held against people who finally see the light when they choose to become a client of ours.

Do you really think we care who you report us to? You have no proof of any wrong-doing, no evidence of any thing. All you went to them with was baseless accusations that you cant back up. Once again you have not responded to any of my answers. I have told you my statement was based on your FIRST POST. This is why an investigation must be carried out. And I dont have anything to do with that. Your FIRST POST still claims the same, if not changed, my opinion will not change either. Based on New Years experiences? Having a little down time with your servers? Need some one to come rescue you? Those DC's in the Netherlands not as reliable as you claim? I guess we wont be seeing a 99.999% up time on your site in the near future! Additionally, if there are only 25 DC's in the Netherlands, and you are rated number 20, you must have crappy service. Even you yourself say that your organization is at the bottom of the totem pole. There are over 48 DC's in the Netherlands, and over 2700 hosting companies. We are rated 20th of all hosting companies. There does NOT exist a rating for DC's yet. You must be really new at this. PS: Our site is up for over 2 and a half years, I can't say that of your site, wich started 2 months ago!!! EXPLAINATION FOR NEW GUYS: A DC is a short term for Datacenter. This is a building where people can store servers, where internet providers and hosting companies can setup links to other locations and the world. A network provider, is a group of people owning their own AS number, and their own Core Routers to connect to the world. Hosts use these IP ranges. Networks usually take bandwidth from Bandwidth groups like Cogent, Level-3 or Telia. A hosting company is someone that provides hosting, from servers located at a network provider. Servers are stored in RACKS.

Anyone that uses a basic html site for its hosting, without any form of protection of the scripts and services on the website itself, is not to take serious either. You probably never heard of a braatolizer. As well its pretty interesting that you would be able to become a top 20 host in the Netherlands in just 2 months time. Since thats the amount of time your company exists.The domain was registred end of 2007. The main group of Dutch hosts exist for more than 6 - 8 years. It's just impossible that you would grow bigger than any of these hosts, or even close to any of these hosts within 2 months time. Jibberish! If you would be 10 times the size of even one of the top 100 of Dutch hosts, you would be larger than the Leaseweb, Strato or 1and1 group. Wich means you would be a top host in the world! In 2 months time?
