Here's the problem...and since no one wants to say it, I will...Your Acne site is made strictly for generating Adsense income...it's not totally an MFA site, because you have a lot of quality acne information on your site, but let's face it, you want clicks...(this is fine, so do I). It's going to be difficult to get large, authoritative medical and dermatology sites to give you a backlink, because they know what you're up to. You don't care about acne any more than I care about School Loan Consolidation. We just want high CTR's right? My advice would be to keep submitting articles where you can, blog posts, etc, unless you can somehow get a backlink from Harvard Medical School.

You and I are in the same boat...highly competitive keywords and getting quality links isn't easy. I don't envy your position however. I have about 2 million sites competing for my keywords on a normal google search. On an allintitle search, there's about 7000...and I still can't get my site anywhere in the top 50. Honestly, I'm out of ideas too...but I guess you just have to get creative and get a link here and there where you can.

If that's the case, I do apologize. I'm glad you have a niche that you're interested in and have good information to provide. I wish I had some good suggestions for you to take over the top spot for "acne", but I'm struggling right now to come up with fresh ideas to kick the competition's butt.

I think your site needs much more age to beat out the competition. Moreover the keyword density of 8% looks spammy.

i got it reviewed by a couple of SEO companies and they said thats perfect for the niche. Apparently its hard to talk about acne without putting it in a lot. They said 7.6% which is what it is, is fine.

Don't EVER change urls you have already indexed.
You should be building pnlu new pages that way.
If you change those url it can hurt your ranking.

Do it for new pages, and do better keyword optimisation.

Those companies are bad 8% is too much, yiu should read this.
    He realy knows seo.

As somebody said try to have similar words (not only keywords but related words such as medication or dermatology) as first 10 sites ir maybe acne.org only...

Okay well i have minimized my acne keyword density.

I also don't know how to edit my site properly. How do i edit it so i can put a coded link down the bottom of every page. E.G Ancor text : Acne. url : Same site.

Like i want to put a backlink to my own site at the bottom of every page. Like i was advised to.

Struggling to do it with webshell 3. As i edit it through the index page, but it changes nothing on the actual site.
