Someone was trying to send me his paypal funds thru xoom, but he later told me that his transaction got canceled and he got the refund as well. His paypal is verified, so I was just wondering what can be the other reason(s) for the cancellation of the payment Anybody got smiler experience?
Well, i faced the same problem before, but my Disbursement Method was pick-up and the transfer was domestic, so it got cancelled.

Ask them (Xoom) about cancellation of your transaction because they only able to give you valid reason for that. DON
Yeah, But dont ask their customer support, thats too lame to answer any question They are only able to say what a tracking number says. but they did solved my problems when i called them last month... i think xoom customer care is better and faster too... and unlike paypal, xoom did solved my problems...

Why don't you give them a phone call and ask about this They surely help you in this matter IMO. DON.
