    I've requested a refund on the grounds of unreliable service, but haven't received a response whatsoever. The service has been down so often that I cannot get a business running around the unlimited reseller account I hold, a prompt refund would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps my request will be seen here.

    I can see the server is running online since
    8 Days, 21 Hours, 17 Minutes, 58 Seconds

    That means, I rebooted the server before 8 days because of some software update.

    I really dont know why you are telling false things , You did not contact us even 1 time for any hosting related queries.

    I think the server is blocked your ip because of some login failures or mod security . In that case you need to email me this. and I will release your IP.

    Well,there is no denied ip now. See, if your IP is blocked then you cant access the server,but you can access the server using some proxy sites. So ,when you feel the server is down then check it with some proxy sites, www.proxy.org

    If no one is coming to you for business, how it will be our fault ?
    From the log, I see that you have some domains, and you did not even remove a single domain. From that what I can guess is that you have all the clients with you and none of them left you. I will recommend you to create a hosting site first :)



    Also, you posted on wrong thread, I can see you dont have this package from us..

    Actually I've tried to get ahold of you through the IM accounts you've posted and through e-mail, a good day before I posted here, but to no avail. My ip was definitely not banned at any time, and the reason I cannot establish a hosting service is that the hours in which I wish to work on it, the server either displays hiccups or is down all-together. The downtime is sporadic at night.

    Sorry, I can only take this as a joke and I can see that the server is working fine. NO OTHER USER COMPLAINED about the downtime that you are telling here.

    Also, everyone can see from http://status.suntexhosting.com/ that the server is up since 9 days...

    There may be 2 possibilities.
    1. Your local internet connection problem
    2. Your IP blocked by our firewall , may be because of too many invalid login attempt.

    We have many users from DP, using our MASTER RESELLER package. None of them reported any issues about the server....

    Also, do not post the issues on wrong thread, you are not having this package as far as I know.

    I have a similar package from the same provider, therefore I used this thread. I am simply appalled at this response, I understand the workings of internet connections and security protocols and I assure you that I was not having issues with either. I will repeat, other people had confirmed the downtime for me as well. The information at http://status.suntexhosting.com has been inaccurate since the beginning when I had purchased the service, please do not try to get me with that again.

    I will wait out the subscription, but I assure you that I will not be back for a renewal. Good day.

    From this sentence,everybody can understand that you are lying.

    This script called, Status2k is not made by me and I cant do any changes in the codes because its encrypted.

    If you are telling that the script is not accurate, then you are making some mistake. The uptime shows here is correct and you are verify this by creating and hosting a uptime viewer script(written in php)

    If you dont have that script then let me know, I can search one for you

    I can not fully attest to that status page, but I do know that it showed different information on several occasions, whether delayed or not. But I can assure you to my entire being that the server has been down. I won't waste anymore of my time with a salesman of your kind. Best of luck Digital Point.

    I use script Status2k on a number of my servers and have not had a problem with it at all, I found the data reealtime and reliable.

    Quite a clever ploy there, I can officially attest that my IP has now been "mysteriously" banned from the server, after making the comment here. It has been for several hours now, nice try qualityhostings. On second thought, please close my account immediately, this is absolute nonsense. Worst experience with a webhost besides the last scheme I had fallen into, Shoutserv.

    LOL, your IP is not banned. Infact I removed all the IPs from the list. 2 or 3 are only there and those are the IPs for users who tried to do a dos attack.

    Just one question : Why dont my other clients, here from dp, is not complaining about the server downtime ?

    Because there was no downtime!
    You are the only one,who felt that our server is 24x7 down!

    I know, why you are telling such wrong things about us..
    Is this because I refused to give you refund after the moneyback period ?

    It isn't about receiving a refund anymore, it's the fact that you are making blatant lies. I didn't claim 24x7 downtime, it's been down night hours sporadically, either that or it has been becoming selective to not only my IP, but others I have asked to check.

    Also, your DDos detection is flawed, it alerted of a "possible DDos attack" by simply displaying the WHM server status page alongside the server status page, that's a tad bit too sensitive.

    It seems all you can fall back on is the lack of noise concerning your service, I haven't a clue of the volume of your customer-base on Digital Point.

    Just a quick thought...

    A script running on the same server which it is monitoring will NOT take into account network outages. Maybe that's what happened here?

    On a side note, can you please check my request for cancellation of my account I got 5 days ago and respond to it? I

    I had experienced same problems as iJeff.

    The server had constant DNS problems, that were taking sites offline and also there were times that couldn't log on to CPanel because i was getting time outs.

    Status2k monitors uptime. When DNS has problems it keeps showing the server as alive with no downtime. Same happens when server becomes slow.

    What i am trying to say is that even Status2k is showing 100% uptime it doesn't mean that there are no problems, like a slow server or problems with DNS.

    Nice to see someone else can speak up on the service, xdk67, ashagg.

    Alright, an update is that just today my IP was in fact banned for viewing the status through the Status2k as well as WHM at the same time. Although prior to this I was not banned whatsoever. But getvivekv/qualityhostings has ceased communication and logged off YIM without notice.

    So, to you: I haven't a vendetta against your company, the downtime alone would have been alright if a simple apology and rectification had been given. But the blatant disregard for what I was saying and the accusation of it being a hoax was the final draw. This is my absolute worst experience with a webhost, beyond the Shoutserv scam which left at least a few months of service before vanishing.

    I did not mean the 100%uptime status. I pointed towards the server uptime, like 10 days ,,..

    Also, I never got any email regarding the cancellation, can you come to online chat or email me please and I will cancel your account.



    As far as I know, you are not having any account on our main server. Then how you are talking like this ?
