Can GoDaddy do jack?

    Can Godaddy terminate your domains if they do not agree with content you have on your site even if it is not hosted on their webspace? Say my site links to (not warez or illegal files) but downloads of episodes but doesn't host it. For example a 'Watch Anime Online' site or an anime torrent site. Could godaddy terminate domain?

    I think your best bet would be to ask godaddy. Send them an email. THen you will know for sure

    It sounds doubtful. You could put up a statement disclaiming content on other sites which are linked through your site. That should be enough to cover it.

    I bet you they could. They probably have fine print in their ToS like most companies saying that in the end, the decision is theirs.
