You can make $300/month with "every" site, as long as you get enough content, traffic and it get's enough time. The best thing you could do is make a site about something you can write a lot about and which you like to write en read about Success
Every one will say, good content, high taffic, but nobody shows that in practical way. A successful person will never help you. He will apply it on his/her own again and again. If you can you should develop a site for a particular target means on a particular subject. If for only adsense, then write unique content, update frequently, drive traffic, change your site design and observe which is best. Million page view in a second!!! No comments. You need a good number of traffic only.
To be honest if I found a successful way to earn money from Adsense then the last thing I would do would be to give the secret away to someone because then I would have more competition. I think most people will agree with trial and error.
I just started a forum, early last month, geared towards U.S. Military, and their supporters.....Surprisingly, although I'm new to Adsense, clicks have been generating roughly in excess of $1.50 per click.....not bad.....
