However, HostGator has a new policy where you must fax or mail the DMCA complaint. Can anyone show me a good DMCA complaint. They have stolen my layout/content (word for word) as well as images I designed. HostGator is HORRIBLE. On top of that, they are putting images next to their google ads, so they need to be reported to google too. Can you guys help ? =] Preferably someone who has experience in this. Need these sites down asap.

Also, have you emailed host gator and asked them about it and if so what did they say? Where is the url for their dmca complaint? Be careful with your claims, if there is a bit of false information in there you can really get screwed over.
