yes we knew, Indians didn't played well in the last day and the umpires played well better than Aussies... We Indians always praise the good team when they plays good genuine cricket and not in cheat way... Indians are more aggressive playing against Pakistan comparing to Australia, but still once Pakistan once won in a match in Chennai, India few years back and the crowd standsup and honored the winning team.. Yes, Australia are the World Champions and can beat any team while their favorite umpires are out there.. P.S. We are not crying for the loss, we are just blamed and I think Indians should come back to India now..
Not sure what that has to do with anything. In all honesty, having a squash ball in your hand while batting will hinder your performance (think about it a little). This was discussed many times in various Cricket sites and some even went so far as to try it out themselves with Club cricket players who all played terribly. It was a wonder it worked for Gilchrist at all and the fact that he never used that tactic again shows he probably thought he lucked out as well. The fact remains that Australia dominated all the other teams to win the World Cup.
That statement is without merit. You forget how easily they beat India in the first test match without having "favourite umpires" there. You also forget the emphatic beatings they have given to all other teams recently with no Umpiring controversies. This has been the only Test match played by Australia recently where there has been so many bad decisions ( against both sides ).
australia won today's match..... there was no chance for indians to win this test match.. Although they played well in the first innings but the 2nd innings was very bad.... i am totally disappointed.
Here's an idea - Prove where Australia Cheated to win? Are you implying that they paid the Umpires to give decisions their way? Right now, you guys are saying 2 things, the Umpires cost India the match or Australia cheated to win the match. These are 2 separate things unless Australia payed the Umpires. So which is it? Personally, I believe there was some bad sportsmanship (note that nothing illegal or cheating here) in the match, but that is simply me being a Steve Waugh style of fairness play/captaincy fan and Ponting does things different from him.
Both're same - Australia cheated to win / Umpire costs india the match. How can a third umpire give wrong decision inspite of watching videos which clearly shows symonds stumped ? How does 80% of the wrong decisions is against india? see these for reference http://www.ndtv.com/convergence/ndtvcricket/cricketstory.aspx?id=SPOEN20080037863 India should forfeit and return back. let these cheaters plays with themself
No way, ICC won't let them back, coz ICC is living with the help of BCCI & huge amount of Indian cricket fans
Actually you are wrong here - How can they both be the same? I ask you take a step back and consider the English language before replying. The ONLY way they both would be the same is if Australia bribed the umpires. Is that what you are implying, and if so do you have proof? All that article showed was that the umpires stuffed up - they will be judged by their relevant panel and it may result in retirement for at least one of the umpires. No where in the article did it mention cheating by Australia.
I am watching almost India's every tour of Australia for the past few years and everytime there is some controversies rises that the decisions against India. Also it happens against Srilanka as well.. they too got bad experiences in Australia.. Aussies are champs only on Cricket and not on humanity P.S. Meantime Harbhajan got banned for 3 tests. On the Bajji issue its very surprised punishment for the racial thing, I have seen lots of matches against Australia and they're too aggression against Indians in the field from players like Michael Slater, McGrath, Ponting, Hayden, Symonds etc. with no respects and they not even punished anything...
As for your first question, no, I am not stupid. Now to again have me try and improve your English skills, you say "only against India" (Note I put capital I when spelling India as it is a country), I present to you http://inhome.rediff.com/cricket/2008/jan/06umpires.htm which shows some of the errors the Umpires made in the match. I guess the fact that the blunder that Tendulkar was not given out at 38 and went on to score his century seems to have escaped your memory. Again, the Umpire's stuffed up and will be dealt with. If you look at some Cricket news right now, you will find new measures already being discussed to help prevent such bad decisions from happening again.
I would disagree a little there. As I have already mentioned, Steve Waugh's reign as Captain was a very good one. No one disputes his fair playing attitude which extended onto the field. Taking this match as an example, in Steve Waugh's time, the batsman would have walked when they knew they were out. Ponting does things differently. I assume you mean humility instead of humanity in your statement.
lol.. I know where to capitalize. But while chatting you didn't need to do it Look here http://www.rediff.com/cricket/2008/jan/02sym.htm Symonds know he was out but he still continued. Clarke didn't take the catch cleanly but he still successfully appealed. Even Ricky Ponting said Clark took the catch successfully. p.s. Stop talking about my English Skills. Thats none of your business
