    The post who flamed us is obviously a competitor or someone who is mad because they got suspended from our server for overusing the resources that they agreed to when signing up.

    Hey guys,

    Not trying to flame or anything, I asked for a refund via AIM and I was basically told to shut up and email instead. I asked him why, since he is the owner and cannot do it himself? I told him I would dispute then, however I will still email them, but very rude to me, he then blocked me. Also the server is quite slow and my scripts keep having very weird errors which have never happened on other servers. Anyways, This will be solved and I will try to email him.

    My review - They are ok, You get what you pay for and well if you don't want the hassle find a better host ;). I hope any future buyers will find this helpful.

    Carsen, we have a set process for handling refund requests. I do not just give out money.

    Refunds are handled on a strict case-by-case basis and sometimes, to the discontent of the requester, we decline to give out a refund because it is not justified.

    The server is not slow at all and we are showing a 100% uptime. If you had script problems, you could easily request support, but that is up to you to do. You have to take the initiative to ask us.

    Edit - To top it off, you said here that you would need a dedicated server. Why would you think 100 GB and tons of bandwidth could be held by a shared plan? Wake up.

    Please do not be rude, I have requested a refund..Yes the server is slow and you can denie it as much as you want, but it is...I never wanted to buy a Dedicated Server because I do not have the money to do so, I have already discussed with you about this hosting before I bought so don't act stupid. Some people just cant afford Dedicated servers or really nice hosting, I myself can barely afford a $6 a month plan. I have emailed your refunds department and am awaiting a reply and a prompt refund, Also I know my script works and I do not want to have to talk to you everytime it doesn't...This is my last post in this thread, I just wanted to tell others and make sure you are aware that I would like a refund.

    I asked for a small refund because I was also blocked when I questioned why the invoice payment suddenly increased from the previous payment. oTourneysDOTcom if you continue to peddle your services on DP, only to change the conditions of service, I will continue to post in your threads. Carsen you will get nothing from this scammer. I tried to get a reply for my request. Here is answer I received: Quote: I did reply. I said you need to justify why we should give you a refund. This is a business, not a charity :). Thanks. This is after I proved payment was made in advance of service provided. Nice company to deal with Right? If you need hosting, use a professional hosting company and stay away from this arrogant ice hole.

    100% uptime? Are you trying to give all of us a good laugh? If you did so, then congrats! I would really like to see these "statistics" that you are refering to..

    Don't you sell unlimted space and bandwidth? Then he should be able to use all the space and bandwidth he has been allocated shouldnt he? Unlimited Space and Bandwdith? And last time i checked, then unlimited Space would be more then enough to host 100gb on :) Wake up

    Haha, 2 days uptime and you say 100% ? Right before you added that crap the server was down several times a day! People aint stupid Max, so people want fall for that stupid trick were you "say" that you have 100% uptime.

    Lol, thats funny. WHS doesn't completely monitor uptime. I had 100% uptime for over 3 months straight, the only time it goes down is if you either A. Switch servers, or B. Have well over 3 hours of downtime. You need to give a better proof than that.
