We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete." The sum of money concerned US$0.25. I am so touched that my tears nearly dropped. See how concerned Paypal is for ordinary customers like us?
lololol.... paypal is nothing but pain in the ass.... they dont know anything but cause trouble to users even if you have not done anything wrong... they dont do anything to the sender which is the main cause of the problem.... i donate alot of money to paypal in the past but now it wont happy again as now i dont sell my products through paypal.... seriously i lost a big amount of money in the past 2 years and that really angers me... paypal is lucky that they dont have a branch office in india or else they would have paid for what they did to me.... anyway, now i dont use paypal for selling products... i only use it to receive money from advertisers...
I don't mind them being careful, but the accounting principle of materiality should come into their mind. For 25 cents they are doing this is a joke as the amount is immaterial and the time wasted on both sides are really not worth the sum. I would gladly have donated the 25 cents to them.

I think basic common sense seemed to be quite lacking. Weird for such a successful story like Paypal that they should be doing such senseless things for 25 cents. I would think their administrative time and lost opportunity time is already far more than the 25 cents.
well i think paypal stuff are bunch or wannabes who think they are highly skilled... yet they are too stupid to figure out things... believe me they have no skills at all... dont you notice there customer care respond by email? well if you ask something simple then only they will reply.. but if you ask something critical then they will give me a one simple reply which is below: Due to an increase in seasonal email volumes, we may not have been able to answer your email. If your inquiry has not been resolved or you have further questions regarding your PayPal account please call 1-402-938-3570. Thank you for choosing PayPal! i been getting this reply from long time when i ask them to look at proof that i have to stop a reversal.... and they give me the above reply all the time... which means they completely ignore me... i told paypal itself housing scammers and terrorist to terrorize innocent merchant who do good clean business.... just think why they ignore critical questions asked by emails... if there volume of email is so huge then why dont they hire more customer care representatives to reply all emails... i am sure if they want, then they can reply all emails like xoom... but they will not do it... because they paypal is a terrorist... i am sure most people will agree with me who have suffer for using paypal.... i think they should rename paypal.com to gaypal.com lolololol....
I think the main issue is sometimes their reply seems to be a cut and paste reply, say I want to talk about apple, they reply with orange information. You need to be lucky to get one who talk to you apple to apple
