Is anyone else suffering from insomnia? It always happens when I have to be up in the morning. Went to bed at 3am and been wide awake since 6am, just can't sleep! Got a job at 10, not good!

This is one for sleeping tips.......

I used to have trouble sleeping before, I usually take a warm bath and then drink warm milk before going to bed. It does help in a way.

Will do, just got out of bed, no sleep and have a gig today and tonight plus its my fathers 60th, so long day ahead of me. Could actually do with something to keep me awake now, could easily go back to bed! Arggggghh

I have no sleep problems at all. I just read my old civil engineering text book or the lord of the rings. Sleep sort of comes to you

If you need to stay awake, most gas stations sell caffeine pills. Dont know how effective they might be for you though.

I'm the same way. Although a lot of my insomnia is probably from internet addiction. Why sleep when you can be on the computer? Lol.

Il give you a tip that will help you a lot. If you can't fall asleep do not stay in bed. Stop trying to sleep. Go and do something else.

Very true. I am worried as well then. I get on average 3-4 hours a day at best.
