Something I have gathered from www.chillingeffects.org:

They have good facts and great examples regarding
    • Copyright and DMCA
    • Fan Fiction
    • John Doe Anonymity
    • Linking
    • Patent
    • Protest, Parody and Criticism
    • Trade Secret
    • Trademark

    Definitely worth a visit....

I don't think it should be a problem since it is different letters but if they ask for it do a little more research.

You are welcome... just part of my research before I do anything online nowadays... it shock me to see so many people out there barging into things before considering legal issues and then barge out later just as clueless...

For those that are already having headaches about the C&D notice that you have received, here's a quick-fix:

FAQ for "What to Expect When You're Expecting to Be Sued for Trademark Infringement"

Despite what the title says, it provides more than just consequences, they guide you along... once again, compliments of www.chillingeffects.org

Rep up and thumbs up for the guidance which I am sure those in similar circumstances as the OP would find helpful. For those unrelated like me, I find it interesting knowledge and would definitely be a great help for me if I am faced with such a situation, which hopefully not :)

SGFB, while the information you provided is certainly useful and good for people to read before they get into something. In this case, however, the OP has already infringed on the trademark. Neither US courts or the UDRP process will care if he changes the content now. The fact that he was running a proxy using a phonetic equivalent will be enough to establish bad faith even if he changes the content now.
