Everybody is saying that gamepacks are not good but no one suggests how to go about adding "new games"? Where do you find these new games?

    Hello Arcade mates,
    I have 2 arcade sites.

First one is www.net-games.biz , i run this site since 2004 , over 100K visitors per day.
Net-Games.Biz has a PR6 rank, so if anyone have PR6 too PM me for links exchange, if you don't have PR6 rank and still want to trade links with me i can link back from my links page which has PR4 - Links Exchange , pls read the links exchange terms.

The second site is www.twizl.com, the site run since 2005, but i just bought it and start to run it with the new design+games few days ago, already have 40K visitors in this one.

right now i'm looking for a good games submitter for Twizl.Com so if anyone think that he can do the job pls PM me.

    That's it for now...

    Yes GrAveTzT,
    I don't have a room for 100x100 banner now.

I will upload very soon a new plugs system for traffic trade, let me know if you interested.

    Oren.

Of course, I'm not interested. I don't want to compete with 100 hundred other arcades.

I lost 10% traffic from the loss of this banner at your site. Your site is off the hook with traffic. It's like one of the most trafficed arcade's around DP.

Anyway, you wouldn't by any chance be selling links, banner spots, or anything like that at any of those sites?

Many sites, like mine offer for you to grab games one by one. This way you only need to choose the best games of every site you go to.

    GrAveTzT,
You won't compet with other sites.

The system is going to be very simple, you will get back the same traffic that you will send.

if you will send 100 visitors per day, than you will get back 100 visitors.

So you have nothing to lose.

ATM i don't selling any banners/links at twizl.

I have little money now so I make my own designs. I try to make them attractive but simple or gamey. I am buying exclusive game sponsorships now so if those work out I might be able to get a professional design.

Anyone else have success with sponsoring flash games? If so what works best? The 5-6 second splash at the beginning or your logo in the corner during game play? I would like these to bring a profit.

Yes. There is usually no need to upgrade to dedicated unless you get up to several thousand uniques per day.

On making a profit from sponsorship: I can tell you that there is a proper way to maximize your profit by using the "Ultimate Sponsorship Model". The rest is in the book :D

    Hello

I think I can consider my site as A. I have about 15K visitors every day.

The difference with all of you, or maybe much of you, is that I am targeting a smaller "market" with my site, it is the French one.

This is a homemade script and I improve it as soon as I notice something interesting to add.

I can give some advice :
    - design is important
    - freshness is important (regular updates)
    - do not think about money or traffic when you update your site but think to bring something that your visitors will enjoy

I do not know how some of you have a CPM of $4, my maximum is $0,75 (eCPM). :(

BTW, the site is www.jeux-internet.com (you can translate it by games-internet).

How about the check from google adsense I cashed 2 days ago. Monoply money too?

I've tracked the profit has deceased close to the same as the decrease from Twizl.com.

Lucky, the fans are still linking like crazy so I can relax and hope someone links it in a good place.

What I'd like to know is how all these small arcade sites get the "Big Sites" linking to them. Certain arcade sites will send you TONS....I mean TONS of visitors per day. I know you have to link to them, and I have, but they still don't link back to me and I get NO visitors. What the heck am I doing wrong here?? What are they doing right?

Sites I am talking about are BootyArcade, SmashinGames, HeavyGames and so on.

I notice a lot of sites are cleverly linking to them through multiple images mixed in with their own games. Not sure if that really works, but it seems like a great idea.

It might as well be monopoly money....they will most likely ban you before they pay you too much more. It happens quite a bit you know.

you should watch closely where you're getting your traffic from...and what networks you run...as for me, valueclick doesn't seem to bother because it is cpm...google on the other hand, I dont run them but they might be more strict.

and newbies...don't be ooo'd and aww'd by these "big" arcades....they're no bigger than you if you look into their traffic...they know how to inflate numbers that's all.

I have no control on who visits the site. No one does. There's nothing I can do.
