Hello I am new to this forum I saw many indians selling VCC here some are selling VCC to varify paypal account , some to activate ebay or google adword accounts i just talked with one seller who asked me $30 for an VCC whereas i saw many selling at $5~$9 I want to know how these are made , are they stolen credit card numbers or they get from VISA /or any bank . I will appriciate if somebody guide me how to make them so I can earn .. thanks
