If you want your contest to be taken seriously you need to have an unbiased third party retain the prize in some kind of escrow account and oversee the selection process. The biggest red flag I see in your contest is no kind of disclaimer disqualifying employees and family of employees of www.grademoney.com which is typical of contests to ensure the selection process is above board. You may be completely sincere in your proposal and I am not questioning your intentions but you may want to rethink this approach as I feel it could be detrimental to your sites rep and people taking you seriously.
