This is not fair

    I know I posted both of my hosting threads in the Hosting forum. When I check my infractions I get 2 infractions for both, And both threads are moved to the Freebies forum.

    THIS IS A ERROR ON YOUR PART. You have moved the thread. Not me. Therefore it is DP's fault!

    Moderators have obviously moved the thread and another mod has given me an infraction.

    But is is not fair. I know I posted them in the Hosting forum. And they were moved and I recieved an infraction?

    Whats going on, If I do get banned then I will take action from the authorities as it is my rights.

    Cool down first. What you can do is to write a polite email to any mod that is online, just give a brief summary of what happen I am sure they will listen.

    In forums as big as this, never threaten action from authorities or lawyers, it will worsen things up. Such big forums normally have SOP, once a legal threat etc is received, they will follow their SOP which can be quite harsh. Before any bad things happen, send them a nice, friendly and polite email.     Your rights are governed by the rules and regulations of the board. You do not have a right to post here, it is a privilege reserved for those that can and do follow the rules...even for those that break the rules (once their infractions expire).

    Call the authorities, they will say the same thing.

    Best advice i believe i can give on this is dont start a thread about your infraction, dont talk about them, and let them expire.

    I got one on Jan of 2007, not had one since, just learned and moved on.

    Dont get yourself banned, dont use your precious time talking about it.
