How to fix this problem of copying my blog posts?

    Hi,

I am having a perfect dog blog (PR-0). All of my blog posts are copied and published without change in the word in this blog [[PR-3- Expired domain(???)]. The blog owner is linking all the posts to my blog. I think Google may penalize both of us. ( I think he linked with my feed)

AM I correct? or Can I permit him to do so? He is posting after my posts only. so he will get positive copyscape test.

Please help me to fix this issue. How to proceed if I do want to prevent him to copy my work?

    Thanks,
    Sen:p

THere is a software called copyscale - i dont remember the name exactly - it reports you if anyone copies your content - so you will have some prrof that he is really copying your content.
Another villan way you can do is that try to click his adsense ads repeatedly - his google adsense account will be banned :)

It's called Copyscape. Basically it is an online plagiarism checker.

Get his contact details and have a little chat with the site owner.

Yeah - if you have proof why not - chase the owner of the site.

You can just reduce your RSS feed to display only summaries of articles. That way he will only get excerpts of your article which I am sure he wouldn't want. If you are using wordpress, it is in options---> Reading

That way if he using an auto cppy software that will show up on his site as well.
