    I would suggest going for a dedicated server if you'll be hosting the content yourself. You'll have faster speeds and a choice to host legal or illegal anime.

    Well realistically if he wants 100GB of space he should be looking at a dedicated server anyway, your not going to find offers for shared hosting that aren't overselling. Even if he does he will be looking to shell out a fair ammount of money for space like that.
