    I would not say poor customer service. i would say non-existent customer service. Not getting an email reply and waiting on the phone for 3 hours and nobody answering qualifies as non-existent customer service to me. They also cost me money when they screwed up my domain renewal. i hope no one else suffers like I did!

    I thought it was a hoax, but i wonder if they will recover at all.They must have an extreme big advertising budget,and some willing clients (not on this planet).:rolleyes:

    I noticed it too.

    Those morons are sending me 3 reminders a day about one domain name renewal, which I had trasferred to another registrar with the help of enom. With non-existing support and deletion of all the support tickets without notice, it was a pain in the butt to get those domain names trasferred.

    I will never ever trust registerfly again.
