Registerfly.com had their accreditation revoked by ICANN and are notorious for dubious business practices, poor poor poor customer service, and out right incompetence. DO NOT USE REGISTERFLY!
After all their problems and bad publicity, they really need a lot of advertising to recover the lost grounds.....
I would not say poor customer service. i would say non-existent customer service. Not getting an email reply and waiting on the phone for 3 hours and nobody answering qualifies as non-existent customer service to me. They also cost me money when they screwed up my domain renewal. i hope no one else suffers like I did!
I thought it was a hoax, but i wonder if they will recover at all.They must have an extreme big advertising budget,and some willing clients (not on this planet).

I noticed it too. Those morons are sending me 3 reminders a day about one domain name renewal, which I had trasferred to another registrar with the help of enom. With non-existing support and deletion of all the support tickets without notice, it was a pain in the butt to get those domain names trasferred. I will never ever trust registerfly again.
