    Proxr offers Free Proxy Hosting. You can even put up your own ads.

    We support PHProxy, cgi-proxy (mod_perl), zelune, glype and most other scripts out there.

    Hosting includes 250MB disk space, up to 2.5TB data transfer (yeah baby!) and 1 Mysql DB. Easy setup via Direct Admin control panel. You need your own domain. You can add 1 additional proxy/week.

    We have lots of BW to play with - so why not put it to good use and run some proxies on it...?
    Ads on the proxified pages are part of it as tushardhoot1 points correctly out, however most money is still made on the index page - and that goes to you.
    Being free it also has the advantage that you don't need to worry about traffic abuse, China or Iran traffic etc. We even offer abuse handling for the poxies hosted (not that we have needed so far).

    Try it - if you don't like it just make a backup of your DirectAdmin account and leave.

    Not really. The server is optimized for proxies. You'll see slow DB performance and you'll die in spam (there is no spam checking). Elaborate scripts may be hindered by our server setup.

    Go instead with a free host like http://www.ray9.net
