Any experience with IwhiC?

    This company was amazing for the first 6 days or so, then the problems happened: It was just a simple power supply problem, that then turned into sites being down for days.

    Here is a sample report of when it was on a better week:

    Weekly uptime:90.10% Downtime:16 hour(s) 37 min(s)
    Day 2007-12-30 Uptime:100.00%
    Day 2007-12-29 Uptime:94.73% Downtime:1 hour(s) 15 min(s)
    Day 2007-12-28 Uptime:100.00%
    Day 2007-12-27 Uptime:100.00%
    Day 2007-12-26 Uptime:73.43% Downtime:6 hour(s) 22 min(s)
    Day 2007-12-25 Uptime:97.87% Downtime:30 min(s) 42 sec(s)
    Day 2007-12-24 Uptime:64.66% Downtime:8 hour(s) 28 min(s)

    The support is good, but what is the point if the hosting is rubbish.

    3 days of downtime later, the sites were back up, then they went down again, what a load of sh*t!

    Now, I am asking for a refund for $20 as it is nowhere near their guarantee of 99% uptime, their real uptime was:
    Yearly uptime:87.75% Downtime:3 day(s) 17 hour(s)

    Over 10% less and they don't want to refund me.

    So people, steer away from IwhiC.

    You should of read the reviews here first. You have to search around before you get a host. Hope you find the right one soon! Good Luck!

    Ok this is rather RUDE! Let me first start by stating this.
    You JUST sent a support ticket in at 7:38 and you come here and post this with out even waiting for a reply at 7:44

    While I was sick for 3 days Aimee answered your ticket. Last night she brought me to speed on what was going on..

    I understand your frustration and Im rather mad we had server issues too..
    Stop and think for a second are you the only one that lost $..... No

    So enough said. Your refund will be completed and your account with us closed as you stated for $20.00 ... The point of you posting this was to bring bad reviews.. Good for you.. I hope it works out well for you!

    They did get down once but they have excellent support ..
    They answer all your questions and support tickets in few hours ..
    And they are always there to help ..

    The best part of owning your own business is 1) Your your own boss! 2) Your still your own boss!
    1/2 of us should fire are selves...:)
    So when something fails,goes wrong, or doesn't meet expectations, you have to look things over. With our recent server issue as Temp was so nice to display above!:D
    I sat back and did some pencil pushing and knew that if things were to get better I have to make the changes to the way things are. And over the next few Months those changes will happen and I can be on to another headache...
    I have 1 thing that I say every day.. "You will beat the expectations of what is expected"
    That is my personal motto and those that have chatted with me online will tell you, I give 100% when asked or needed. We are not bad people we have just had a bad server Month..

    My first experience with IwHic was bad, but thinking again they are very good people. I think that´s goes to hard because they get HostParlor client´s and of course the problems.

    tempscript, if you want real 99,9% of uptime get 2 dedicated servers only for you with load balance and in two dedicated datacenter with firewall/Ddos protection and 24/7 manangement, of course it will not cost only $20.

    Lots of hosts offer 99.9% uptime guarantee and actually do deliver.

    This starts to be tough to do when you're offering proxies and selling packages that offer more space and bandwidth than your servers even have.

    yes I agree. depending on what type of hosting you get 99% will apply or not.

    even though there will be "uptime guaranteed" for proxies hosts, they can only offer uptime (NOT percentile) guaranteed. Why? proxies, even the small ones limited to reasonable space and BW can make the server faulty at times and server need to be "re-adjusted".

    Lol... if it's done again I really couldn't care anymore.. I was on live chat talking to Jason... for hours whe he fixing WHMCS and name servers for my WHM then connection just timeout...

    Today my hosting was again offline for a few hours.
    Iwhic.com was also down, but when I check the uptime it's still showing 100% for the day/week/month?
    I don't understand why but it was down for a few hours.
