In this picture, TITLE and DESCRIPTION are the same, but i want to change them to something else..
I can't find the edit button, only contact info update is there, but no link for this?

    What should i do?

Its in the middle of the page, it has sitename and description. I am not sure if you are allowed to put anything in for your sitename, but it is easy to change the description. Scroll down below where it says company info for your site. PM me if you cannot see it.

Do a 'get traffic details' search, and on the left hand side of the page you should see links for
    Overview
    Traffic Details
    Edit site info

Click the edit site info - if you're not registered as the site owner you need to do that first

I know how to do it..
There are 2 ways of doing this -
#1 - If your site gets listed in DMOZ , it updates your site title and info automatically and adds the same title and info which is mentioned in DMOZ
#2 - You need an amazon account from which you bought some stuff and using that you can edit your alexa info , I don't remember how .

I read the info on the page, Alexa clearly states they get their title and description information from ODP and ODP only. Once again, everything leads back to that darn ODP.

    i guess you are right,
its better to wait for being approved in DMOZ and then try! :(

If you're approved in DMOZ I think there's nothing more to try. It should become automatically after that.
