Seems like you have little memory left and only been up for 2 days not one year, or am i missing something?

 

2 days uptime means, I restarted the server before 2 days. A normal restart will take only about 0.5-2 minutes downtime. Some major update installed like xCache etc...

Load average is fine.
Right now, I am moving 30 accounts from another server to this server.
So this process caused this much RAM usage.

But the server is working fine without any problem... and httpd is loading fine.

 

Any billing software included?

I dont think any host will give you billing software for free with $50 per 2 years master reseller plan

Well, If you are interested then I can give you iHost billing system for extra $5 per month

 

We will move all your cpanel accounts for free to this server. I just moved one of my new master reseller's 30 accounts to this server and thats why the ram usage went 75%. Its ok now, I can see it is now 46%

Um this company i hosted my warez site with, and its constantly down, or constant DNS problems, no its not my registar etc. It will work fine one day, then boom next day DNS is messed, and i have to contact them to fix it.

I got ahold of him so its all good, i got switched to another server so we will see how it goes, if its bad / good i will report back i hope it works out since the speeds with this host are excellent.

We have several servers, and we changed the warez server. Purchased another server just before 24 hours for higher cost. I moved your account from the old server to new server...

I changed the Nameserver IPs, and I can see the IP is propagated here in my location... and It will propagate in your location within some hours.

I gave you the screenshot of your working site..

This post is not for the warez/adult sites. This is for master reseller hosting account and the accounts will be hosted on our main server which gives 99% uptime and very fast servers. You posted in wrong thread.

Anyway, I just refunded your FULL money and will give you 1 week as trial...
If you are not satisfied with the new server, just keep your money with you . And if satisfy with the new server, then send us the money again.

This is the first complaint / refund request we received since many months. and there is no such post here in dp, complaining about our server.

And thats why we purchased another new server with 2 GB ram.....

My first aim is to solve the issue with my client. Then reply about it in this forum. And thats what I did now.

As I said before, the nameserver will propagate there soon. let me know if you have any other problem.
